Robotics Lab, UC3M

Robotics Lab is one of the most consolidated groups both nationally and internationally in its field (http://roboticslab.uc3m.es). It is integrated in the Department of Systems Engineering and Automation and is currently one of the most prestigious of the UC3M, both for its technological component and its human capital and the volume of National and European projects and contracts with companies.

Multimedia Processing Group, UC3M

The Multimedia Processing Group (GPM) is integrated in the Department of Signal Theory and Communications. The group was created shortly after the launch of the degrees in the field of telecommunications 15 years ago and is one of the most recognized groups at National level both in the field of image and video processing and computer vision, as well as in the field of speech technologies.

  • Iván González Díaz, Telecommunication Engineer (University of Valladolid, 2005), Master in Multimedia and Communications (UC3M, 2007) and PhD in Telecommunication Engineering (UC3M, 2011). Associate Professor in the Department of Signal Theory and Communications, UC3M.
  • Javier López Labraca, Degree in Audiovisual Systems Engineering (UC3M, 2014), Master in Multimedia and Communications (UC3M, 2015) and PhD in Telecommunication Engineering (UC3M, 2020). Visiting Professor in the Department of Signal Theory and Communications, UC3M. (He left the project on 31/01/2022).
